Care Home Fees
Mostyn Lodge has a complete range of care facilities and service provision and reflects our commitment to providing good value for money.
Every resident/next of kin will be required to sign a client contract with Mostyn Lodge Keynsham Ltd on admission.
Weekly fees:
Room rate is from £1200 per week depending on assessment. Mostyn Lodge can also provide day care and respite care for clients. Respite care will be calculated on duration of stay and the location of the bedroom.
There are two methods of payment:
- Resident funds his/herself privately
- Community Care Services funding with third party support
Fees include:
- Fully trained staff in 24 hour attendance
- All meals including special dietary requirements
- Laundry service
- Nurse call system in every room
- Regular activities
- Fully centrally heated rooms
Not included:
- Visits from hairdresser, chiropodist and some optician and dental services
- Private telephone installation
- Dry cleaning or specialist laundry services
- Newspapers, magazines delivered to the home
- Items of personal nature eg toiletries etc.
